Be a hero, donate blood

Be a hero and save a life by giving your blood on Monday 12th November. 

A blood donation campaign will be held at the Swiss International School, from 8am to 2pm.

The conditions are the following: 

• The person must be between 18 to 60 years of age
• He/she must be in good health in general at the day of donation
• Must not have any chronic heart, lung or circulatory illnesses
• Weight must be 50 kg and above
• Donors must not be anemic, insulin dependent or hypertensive
• Donors must inform the unit about medications being taken
• Pregnant, lactating, or menstruating women may not donate
• Donors must bring a Qatari ID 

The blood donation is open to all. Every donation counts.
