Museum of Exploration in Grade 4

The Grade 4 children had a fantastic time this week as the 'Museum of Exploration' they had been planning for the previous 2 weeks opened for visitors! The children combined everything they had learned about exploration to create individual exhibits about their favorite explorers. They were then given the opportunity to present their learning to children and teachers from grades 1 to 5.

The exhibits were many and varied. Some children create elaborate diorama models to visually represent aspects of exploration, some created slideshows, some had videos which children watched before answering quiz questions and others had created amazing posters and booklets.

The exhibition represented the culmination of an entire units work it it was incredible to see so many children so engaged in their learning! What a fantastic way to end our first term at SISQ!
